What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, optional company name, email address and/or phone number, selected service, and the message you write. We also record the page the enquiry was sent from, the time it was received, and a one-way technical fingerprint used only to limit automated or repeated submissions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss scope, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing lists.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a private, access-controlled database used by this website. Only authorised TOTALSYNC administrators can read them. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for correspondence and business records, and the specific retention period is being confirmed by the business owner.
Your choices
You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@totalsync.in. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or confidential records in a first enquiry.
